Mashed Parsnips

Ingredients
375g (13oz) parsnips
1 Tbsp butter
3 shakes of pepper
boiling water

Directions
Prepare the parsnips and cut them into 3cm (1 1/2 in) slices. Cook in 3cm (1 1/2 in) boiling water for 10 - 15 minutes. Drain. Mash. Add butter and pepper. Serve. Serves 4.
